Greetings
Works this algorithm on older AMD HD5870 GPUs?

Yes it works but poor hasrate
6970 ~20MH/s
5970 ~30Mhs/s
it need vectorize for 5xxx and 6xxx series but i cant do it. Woks good only for GCN cards 7xxx and higher not VLIW.

Bite how it behaves ... but more than 18Mhs I did not obtain to 5870

I have built several of RIG 5870, 5970 and 7970

Trying Algorithms while others remain at X11 Groestl

PS according to what is now the best name for the GPU

Thank you for the tip

Are you all using 280x over clocked? I am using the miner in OP on 14.9 driver with Windows 7 64bit and can't get over 29 Mh/s.

If you are going to leave your BTC on an exchange please send it to this address instead 1GH3ub3UUHbU5qDJW5u3E9jZ96ZEmzaXtG, I will at least use the money better than someone who steals it from the exchange. Thanks Wink

I delete it and still get the same hash.

so still no nvidia miner  Grin
is there a bounty to xor the last 256bit to the first one of a whirlpool hash  Grin (botnet resistant  Grin)

So that things has been "cpu only" for months really ? (never heard about before yesterday...)
Or did the dev just gpu mined it for that long ? Grin

Sorry for being the troll in the room but it takes less than 5min to do the GPU implementation...

djm34,
I appreciate all your work on the Pluck miner.  I have been following vanilla for two months. It was only
cpu mineable till a couple days ago.  The dev said he barely mined any with his cpu, but as soon as he
saw a GPU on the network he released the needed info to make a whirpoolx gpu miner.  Much like SUP,
but opposite, there is an AMD miner for 2 days and I think people are working right now on the cuda miner.
I don't think there is a bounty for it, but you could go into #vanillacoin and ask dev john-connor. In either
case a miner for Nvidia would be great.  If not you can rent a whirpoolx rig at MRR in my sig til one comes
out or you make one Smiley  I think this coin has a lot going for it and is about to explode when pools (other than
official) are on it in a few hours. Myself, CRYPT0N1TE, ocminer, and a lot of good people are working on
making this happen for pools, promotion, and exchanges. It is very much like SUP, but instead of a week it
has been slowly brewing for 2 months, and it has all come together today.
