Just for the record I understand $.01 for a titan starting point is what it is...a starting point.
Also in case anyone was wondering I just checked again and that auction was removed.
yeah he also had 3 sp20's on for auction used at 1c each start ...they are still listed...so likely he had a
bonus neptune for sale and mis-stated it was a 2nd batch Titan
still watching his sp20's thou
you said you had used Titan died on you and how did it die?
sorry on my orig titan i have 2 dead 'dies' (1/8 of processing power on a cube) on 2 cubes total...knc would not at least as a few
months ago RMA a cube if your whole unit does more then 300mh (my orig is 306mh)
as to how the dies 'died' crap just stopped working came up with 0/0 and hash rate drop these titans orig had a 3 month warranty only due to the fire issues
and other probs at launch they then changed it to 12 months but does not get around the fact they look like a $39 raspberry pi science project and likley
have the same lifetime designed for 3 months ....mine has been running 4 months so i expect other dies to eventually go dead to..if not the whole unit
(lets face it they are crap at least imho the 1st batch ...less then "optimal' chip batch as knc puts it......)
i also did get a used Titan with NO dead dies works good for a good price...that so far is running w/o issue
http://lostgonzo.imgur.com/my setup as it has progressed (got a bit out of control don't ya know) the workbench will eventually go back to being a workbench (with 3 220v circuits now lol
