It has recently been reported that alleged Mintpal scammers Ryan Kennedy and Chelsea Hopkins have been arrested by authorities in the United Kingdom.
It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

All I can say is good ... I'd like my 2btc and 400naut back ... and failing that I'm happy knowing that piece of shit is in federal bang me in the ass prison ... by the way he stole 3500 btc ... karpeles stole 650,000 ... why is he not serving time hmmmm ?

I'm happy that they caught some scammers for once and hope that they pay the time for doing the crime

Good! One of our shareholders was effected personally in this scam, he will be pleased to hear the news.

I think this is really positive for the Bitcoin community to finally have fraudsters getting what they deserve.
