I'm located in the USA.  I have a particular vendor in Malaysia that I'm trying to help receive my payments in Bitcoin instead of wire transfer. I sent him to BitX Malaysia (https://bitx.co/) to exchange his BTC for Ringgit. The problem is, he needs to exchange instantly to have Ringgit to run his business, but it takes WEEKS to complete a small 30BTC sell order.

My Malaysian vendor contacted BitX Malaysia and their response is "The BitX Malaysia market is quite young. We hope the awareness and interest grows with time but there is nothing we can do to affect the forces of supply and demand."

Where can my vendor exchange BTC for Malaysian Ringgit settled to his business bank account quickly?

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

He should be able to exchange Bitcoin for Indonesian Rupiah or Indian Rupee, and from there to Ringgit.

Bitcoin is getting bigger in India, and Indomaret convenience stores sell BTC over-the-counter in Indonesia so there are probably some easy options for BTC-to-Rupiah.  And Rupiah to Ringgit should be pretty easy locally.

Convert to IDR first in indonesian exchange and sell IDR to MYR in forex exchange. 30 BTC is easy to convert in vip.bitcoin.co.id
