Can anyone give advice as to why a miner would stop mining on the BTC Guild? I have an Antminer S1 and it has been mining for 4 days, no issues and today i just stopped. I joined bitminter and it started mining there no problem. I rebooted, reset and reloaded my address and worker name and it still wont mine on BTC Guild. HELP!!!!

BTC Guild's frontend server used to filter new connections has been getting hit pretty hard every few days by attacks lasting 30 minutes to 2 hours at a time.  Your miner stopped working because you either restarted it or your connection dropped. The frontend server going down won't cause a miner to stop (miner's are redirected from the frontend after they've connected and validated).  However, if your connection goes down or you restart your miner while the frontend is down, it won't be able to reconnect until the frontend stops getting attacked.
