I looked on Local bitcoin,nothing for South Korea.
I would have thought,such a tech savvy nation would be onto it?

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

is bitcoin even allowed in south korea? , anyways if it is i'd reccomend looking at the nation wide services instead . or maybe buy privately from someone on this forum : >
