I was banned for 30 days on February 3rd, 2015. And it is still showing I am banned.

Hasn't the time been served?

making an alt account and enrolling in a sig campaign right after you get banned is a great way to extend your ban so remove your signature and stop using this account (except for the purposes of ban appeal)

Did you evade your ban? If so it might have been bumped up to permanent.

I haven't used this alt account since the ban except for my ban related posts in the meta section.

You'll have to wait for a response from BadBear. It's possible he may have forgotten to make it temp I suppose (think it happened once before or he forgot to add the length and someone mistakenly thought it was permanent (could be wrong though)).
