There are movements happening in forward thinking EU /  Eastern Europe states.

Germany / Poland / Czech have all passed legislation allowing medicinal (Germany now has 10,000 + patients receiving Cannabis based products from state doctors). Recreational will always follow medicinal. Its just a matter of time.
