hey guys im looking to buy 0.04 BTC, willing to pay 10 euro though paypal,

no one does trades in the main thread
no one is stupid enough to do trades using paypal
no one is stupid enough to trade with someone with 0 activity.

I do not know, maybe in Trading Discussion, you get what you want. But as has been said, it should be difficult you consguir, because you do not have positive reputation and with 0 activity.
