Nope even then, there will be probably a counter thread created in the meta for it , and he will asked to remove the rating if nothing bad happened.

My trust list is different than your's. I have "Legendster" in my trust list and virta has some positive trusts from Legendster. So he appears to be green to me.

only the person who left the feedback can remove this but i don't think this feedback will affect your account because he is not from default trust list and don't have a trust network, but you should always contact the person resolve the issue
