i've used quadriga for about one month, so far there is no problems with them, i've sold BTC and cahed out canadian dollars via interac many times, most of transactions the same day, only one transaction lasted 2 days, i am happy with them, but i didn't try the deposit option.
but i remeber that the person who called me to verify my phone number, he said that i cant use interac for deposit when i asked him,he mention that i can use Electronic Funds Transfer instead, but you need to be verified.
anyway you can called them their office in vancouver and they have a phone number.
