The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

In main.cpp you create coinbase tx of genesisblock with empty txout. But genesis.py (here for ex https://github.com/lhartikk/GenesisH0/blob/master/genesis.py  line 70) uses standard output. So u have different transactions in the block and accordingly different MerkleHash(here actually merklehash is equal txhash).

Skilled C++ and Python programmer. Looking around to create solid longterm coin by myself. Do you have any ideas? Feel free to PM me.
