Monbux seems to be a busy guy who had been here in last two days but didn't respond anything, he is definitely reliable but he is just too busy. It's almost 10th, the payment has been lated for a week so far.Maybe you can change the escrow for next month term.

Change both the campaign manager and the escrow if you ask me. This is bad for Bitstarz's reputation.

It's not Neotox's fault, it seems this campaign works like this:

1.Neotox count the user post and send the list to bitstars.net → 2.bitstars.net confirm the list and send the list to monbux → 3.monbux make the payment

Now we stuck in last step, Neotox did a good job everytime, it's not his fault, the issues always happen with second and third step, now again, monbux had been online today but he still didn't reply here, maybe he missed the PM and Neotox or bitstars.net should PM him again. Besides, I will remind him on his escrow thread later.

Also, since you're trustworthy now, you could send the funds by yourself instead of using a time-consuming escrow.

Yeah, it is not Neotox's fault here.

Maybe try a different method to avoid this?
monbux holds funds permanently till the campaign is closed. (that is how escrow should work according to link)
Neotox counts, sends to bitstarz, who makes the payment? That would be easier and less time consuming.

Just my opinion. Thanks Smiley

If bitstarz has the responsibility to make payments, there will be the risk that they won't pay.

I'm saying that IF (you probably missed that word), bitstarz has the responsibility (as in the only people with funds) then there will be the risk that they won't pay. With an escrow having enough funds: no problems!

I would suggest Neotox makes payments, if necessary, only after having a list approved by bitstarz.

Is this campaign still run in this month or just end?
Why didn't the OP paid people first, if he want to save his reputation.

The campaign usually has a new thread every month.

They will eventually pay I believe.

Hi,

Yes, it will be paid as always. We always paid every campaign and this time won't be any different. I have PMed monbux again about it.

We will look into more trusted escrow services for the coming campaigns. And yes, Neotox has been doing a great job, so please spare him Smiley

One thing, whoever was in March's campaign, feel free to remove the signature, you won't lose your payment because of that if you have succeeded in making the posts for the campaign period.

Regarding the idea of running without escrow (which we would pay it ourselves), we tried in the past, but no one would signup Smiley

Cheers!
Nick

Since you're all here, let me ask you:

Would you sign up to our campaign if we had no escrow and paid the money ourselves?

Thanks for the answers.

Personally, I would since you've been active in the signature market for several months with no issues.

Keep sufficient money with an escrow but pay out the money yourself or get the campaign manager to do it. The more middle men you cut out the smoother the process will be.

I don't think escrow is necessary, unless you are a newbie.
If you really run a real business, then people don't need worry about you don't pay them, because you don't pay them, you business is end for sure.
If you don't use escrow, you may change the pay period to weekly or bi weekly, not the monthly.

i think it is a best option
put the money with escrow but payout from your extra fund and don't move the money from escrow
either you or manager pay directly,so the payment processing can faster

Yes, I like the campaign but I'm one step from leaving because of this delay. All other campaigns need less than 48 hours to send the money, some do it in less than 12. Last month it took you 3 days, which I can handle, this time is way over the line. I don't really care how you do it and who keeps the money as long as you can pay on time. The campaign is an agreement between 2 people, I do my part and play by your rules and expect the same thing from you.

As an escrow, he should be reliable and active, otherwise he isn't qualified as an escrow. Every members are waiting for his payment.  I think he owns us an explanation. He has no time or is unable to pay out, should have told us earlier and resigned as our escrow!

This is probably the best solution. Bitstarz can implement it right away. Pay this month's campaign and let the funds stay with Monbux for next month's campaign.

That's fine since you're trustworthy, the second thing I would suggest is increasing the rate, compared with other campaigns your rate is far lower now since the value of Bitcoin dropped a lot.

Also, you maybe need a new signature.
