Is that a reversible payment system?

I wouldnt recomend buying if you are not familiar with freelancer. Escrow is possible. I think it is reversible to some level but after i say project is completed and money is transferred to you i dont know if it would be possible to reverse and say i didnt get the service. I have $300 currently available.
