Anyone have or see of this issue on the new touchscreen wifi version they are shipping now? Just noticed their website is down.

Does anyone have the firmware they could share?

Same here. I manged to reset the android tablet bit to default settings by removing the tape in front of the unit, press the vol + and - at the same time (the holes do not align properly, hence the tape) press power. The droid  will now enter this preboot thing, I selected return to factory settings / wipe device and the android part is back but...... There are no services running on the unit like ssh, http and https so it did not really help. I copied the files over from the other X1 to a usb stick but the 'broken' prospero has no /home/ba/ directory and won't let me create one.

Does anyone know where to get the firmware? Not too happy about this. It just bommed out and refused to boot. Nothing we done to kill it. Sad

As a last resort, is there a way to do a nandroid backup of one machine, restore it onto the other? I guess not as the unit is not rooted and thus won't allow me to make a nandroid backup....

Clutching at straws here.... I opened a customer support ticket but am not sure if I will receive a reply.
