I 've no idea about cloud mining ,but I brought their product the antiminer U3 ,the vest-pocket USB miner  Cheesy.  It works well .

He wants to cut costs on electricity from what i understood. El. costs vary from country to country, and some people cheat on el. company to have "free" power.
@op i wouldn't advise such deal. The money you save outsourcing your rigs isn't worth the risk of handing over your equipment to third party imho.
