Requirements :

* 2014 reg or earlier.
* No scam reports against you.
* Must have previous deals on the forum.
* You must have your real first and last name on the neteller account (I will verify this + the ID)


I will send first to trusted members, although in increments if the deal exceeds 1 BTC +.
I have no problem with using an Escrow that is affordable, but preferably for bigger deals only.

I prefer to do this with as few people as possible, and this might be a weekly thing.
