Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

I dont really think that 0.6 is expensive for a hero account.
May be Quickseller means that if op is willing to sell the account for 0.6.

 Maybe I found the money? I am not sure if you read what it said at the time but the loan was because I sent money without miners fee , I requested to be loaned until it cleared .

 I do have coins . Not much just a couple but I do have it.

 Also I am not interested in buying the account and using it , just to resell it for higher value in the future , type of investment for me really.
