Shower though: Full nodes as LN payment channels

This is not a well develop idea and I dont know much about coding; so its a more of a question.

But how about allowing full nodes to set up payments channels? if the idea is that the sum of all the small transactions fees within the channel will equal to more than the input to make the channel.

This could be used as a way of incenvtivice running a full node, then i could just run a full node on my old computer and set up bunch of payments channels to make bitcoins, and it will also decentralize the network, because a full node would have another use case then adding hash power.
