The purpose of gambling is when you win, you cant stop really and its for you to come back to deposit and play again until you lose more.

You really missed his point. Faucet isn't just a way to earn bitcoins, they are there to preserve a special environment of bitcoin, an environment for newcomers to test and taste bitcoin system. And his point, claiming faucet is really a personal thing, they loved their small income and comparing them to signature campaign really killed those point
