Something like that. Free or paid version. Any helps?

Script need to be in php.
I want customers can buy impressions, or days.
And I need if customers add banners, can they get url link to check their stats.

You should post this in 'Service' board. People will be willing to create one for you. I don't think there is an 'open-source' service.

I created a system like this to run on the distribution of CAPTcoin. It's no longer published but you can read some info here:

It takes the payment in CAPTcoin and allows for a number of impressions.

Initially the admin can approve or reject the ad. Once approved the publisher just funds any amount and the system calculates the number of impressions to give.

This is not open source, I can port it to BTC and apply any new feature you need. Let me know if you're interested.

Forgot to mention, it's PHP/MySQL and uses the CAPT Payment API, which can be replaced by Blockchain's API so it's not necessary to install the wallet daemon.
