It is the previous owner. The sale of his account was staged a few months ago in order to try to get people to remove negative feedback from the account.

I don't think the account is worth the .25 he is asking for it. In theory it might be worth somewhere along the lines of what a low level full member account is worth with a weak posting history as it was allowed to participate in the bit mixer signature campaign, although I am not sure if this is still the case.

the history would be

2. Making a thread about personal vendetta to vod
3. and also faking the sale of his own account to get the negative trus lifted
