Everyone is on now cashless small transactions :
1. HDFC has chiller
2. ICICI has pcokets
3. Kotak mahindra has come up with hashtag banking

Its good to see such improvements. I believe this push is more related to RBI encouraging cashless small transactions. For sure a good step which should be praised.
