Hello i can pay for tips how to unlock the limited account on paypal, it was limited beacuse i tried to make payment from diffrent ip, it have not real name and surname also there is no cc or bank added.

No Credit card and bank account linked into that account, I think it's unverified account that max amount to receive or send is $100. Just forget it and create a new account with your real name.

i think forget about that account until the original person who created that account verify with original documents, bank account and with personal phone number then they lift that limited status, so it looking impossible to get normal status with any other way. |

Wait for 180 days. After that you can withdraw it to your bank.

Of course you must be living in a paypal supported country...

Is there no way to remove the limitation from the PayPal account? I have heard some people have managed to recover the funds from their limited PayPal account. There is, but you need to get the documents they have requested. If they want a SS then it's game over. Using a paypal like how the OP has is suicide. |
