Have you considered using Payza (
https://www.payza.com) to sell your coins instead? Last I checked, their fees were pretty decent, and it isn't much of a hassle while selling (buying is another story) - though you do need to have a verified account, I think.
If you still want to proceed with Paypal/Skrill, make sure to deal only with users with a good reputation and many successful trades, due to the risk of chargebacks.
