Hello guys!

We have just recently (end of January) opened our Bitcoin exchange FinCCX, www.finccx.com, based in Finland. I would love to introduce it to you guys and also to encourage you to ask me any questions related to it! We are at the stage where it is super important to get all possible feedback of the first users in order to even more finely tune it to their needs.

So what is important to mention, FinCCX was founded by traders, who have long (over 20 years) professional trading experience in Forex and futures markets. Among the founders is Jani Hjerppe who also founded a reputable FX broker FinFX.

As for our distinctive features, it's our maker-taker fee structure, which allows traders to earn a commission fee on trading with us. The majority of exchanges, charge commission from both the buyer and the seller. Our exchange charges only the price-taker, not the price-maker. This is typically offered to so called market makers, but we offer it to regular traders. So if you act as a price-maker and provide liquidity to our exchange, you earn a fee of 0.05% from your trade.

At the moment you can trade only BTC/USD, but soon BTC/EUR option is coming.

Also would like to mention, we are planning to offer a downloadable version of our trading platform in the near future (full-fledged professional trading platform) to cater the needs of professional traders even better.

Any thoughts, feedback, or comments of yours about our product would be much appreciated!

By the way, guys, write in comment please would you use our exchange: yes or no. If no --> why not? Be constructive Smiley

.....................

This was the reason for me using OKCoin. After they have changed fee structure ( taking fees from both sides) I have just quited. So , for gathering new customers , it can be a good way as long as you keep it.

By the way, your taker fee 0.35 %) is a little bit higher than market average. It seems you are taking extra commission to cover maker promotion. If you really want to attract more customers you should also decrease taker fee or you should make another fee structure based on volume for takers.

And also if your program can include some automatical trade tools (buy-sell), it will be more useful.

Good luck...

Thank you for your feedback.

I think we are going to stick to this model for a while, as we consider it really something new and useful for our potential users.

However, we might reconsider it later depending on the feedback/requests from our potential and existing customers.

No we don't have it. Do you think it would be something good to have?

We are now thinking which additional payment systems for deposits and withdrawals to incorporate. If you have in mind some good ones, let us know.

At the moment you can trade only BTC/USD, but soon BTC/EUR option is coming.

As promised we have launched EUR trading! We now accept deposits and process withdrawals in Euro currency.

We can see that there are not many opportunities for BTC/EUR trading and exchanging even among the European exchanges, so we believe that this trading option will bring much value to the European Bitcoin traders.

Do not forget to enjoy our unique fee structure, allowing you to actually earn a fee of 0.05% instead of paying it, when you are a price-maker! Smiley
