You say that it is a mature technology, but it says what you want proof of concept funding and develop a prototype? Do you have a working prototype that can display video?

It says proof of concept testing, yes we already have a working concept. The funding will be used for ISO accreditation which is testing standards within the industry. You can see the pictures above the cutting of the laser which have been taken in a special environment.

Red flags...

Website leased for 1 year and they don't host it on their(non-existent) server

Po box  A real company has a b&m address

Panama. While I can find no specific info on laws regarding Bitcoin Panama seems to be a safe haven for dubious financial institutions. The lack of information leads me to assume there is no legal recourse for btc fraud

Still digging

A real company with a partially developed prototype would have incurred costs and have a tax record

The tech on the other hand looks solid  everything that they state appears to be within the limitations of the industry. It could bring bring innovation to the industrial sector reducing wear on moving parts which are always the point of failure

This doesn't mean that they can do what is required and I doubt a million is enough

I'm not accusing you of fraud. But, these are the basic things people need to know before they can invest.

What is the CEO's full name.
Office address or PO BOX registered with local government.

This way, if people invest in it, and it turned out to be fraud. People can call the police to arrest you for Fraud.

The problem is most people think Bitcoin is not money so they can just run scams, frauds, ect...
They are wrong, Fraud is still fraud, and it's still a crime punishable by any laws world wide.

Actually several countries do not recognized btc as either an asset or a currency And there remains places where that status means they can do/say whatever they want with no repercussion. Slovenia for instance does not recognize btc has value only once it's converted to fiat do they care

This is the key point to me. It looks like solid real tech. It fits within the specs of the industry. Its enough for me to take a flyer on. It doesn't mean I have to spend 10 grand. This is crypto after all. Everything is a risk. If you believe otherwise you are kidding yourself.

For a company working on this type of tech names, company addresses and company details are 100% required to raise funds from a BTC ICO.

The website has none of this information.

I advise everyone to exercise extreme caution.

Maybe he will give out the required details. As it stands there is no way anyone should put any money into this.

However, the Panama whois record you found - that is standard (whois guard is based in Panama) and people use whois guard so that strange people from the internet don't call them on their home phone or come to their house if they put their personal details on their domain name record Wink

Still the OP needs a company, and company contact details for this to really take off I think.

Same here. The tech is definitely legitimate. But there has to be some sort of added earnings for investors beyond just value of the coin. 60 days is a long time to tie up money.

What most people do not aware is that even though Bitcoin is not officially considered to be money all over the world. Bitcoin has a value known as "Arts & Collectible" Value. People scamming others for Bitcoin can still be indicted for Fraud.

Here's an example, if someone scam others out of a Monet oil paining or a Mona Lisa painting, they can still be indicted for Fraud. The reason for that is oil painting has a value known as "Arts & Collectible" value.
