Hi!

I recently downloaded the Green Wallet app for my android phone and have generated a few addresses from it. I bought a small amount of bitcoin from quickbt.com, and everything appeared to have gone according to plan. I eventually did receive the bitcoins, thank goodness, however when I checked the validity of my addresses at this checker, it says its invalid? As does any bitcoin faucet that I try to use? What is up with this?

What are your addresses? Can you share them?
If you've already made transactions most probably the validator has an issue.

Definitely valid addresses. My guess is that validator doesn't support multi-sig addresses (starting with a 3). It should be updated.

Those are valid. They are a special kind of address called a multisig address, which is why they begin with a 3 rather than a 1 like most Bitcoin addresses. That checker may not know how to validate multisig addresses.
