But sometimes if you post an ad from the different country or different IP address and if they suspect then they will ask you to reverify the phone number which you linked to the account. That is a problem with purchased accounts on craigslist. Buyer try to use the same city IP address to avoid these issues.

Different city doesn't matter as long as you use clean ips'. But if you use a different country on US craigslist accounts then it's obvious to get your accounts in trouble. I have many buyers using my accounts smoothly and they never asked for city.

This statement is cool to read, but how could one know your accounts are HQ and not resell of $5 fivver junk? As your signature says, you do have Google Voice accounts, so I would guess you use them or any other virtual services and not real sim cards. That makes your service no different from others.
And is the IP clean or not you cannot know also. If you use public proxy some one could create a CL account using it and if you'd use one dedicated proxy per account $4 won't cover it and make you profit..

You can guess whatever you want. Buying is the only way to know that accounts are HQ. My buyers who bought to try them out are happy and keep buying.
My signature also says "US phone verification with real numbers".

If you don't know how to get clean ip's for cheap doesn't mean they are not there.
