Ok Just an update This loan is official OVERDUE for the last two days as borrower fail to make the payment on 23 March as the agreement was.I wont considered it yet as default because borrower contact me via pm on ''March 24, 2015, 12:56:16 AM'' with the follow personal Message:

''okay going to send payment back thanks again for the loan appreciate it a lot man''

No payment have be made yet but for the reason that he contact me  i will give the borrower extra time until 27 March wich when expire this time the loan will consider as defaulted.


I have also respond to the borrower on ''March 24, 2015, 05:38:51 PM''

With the follow personal message:

''Hello @dopehero how are you? i receive your message yesterday and still awaiting the payment will you make it or not?Your loan is overdue and i will give you some time before i publish it as default but you have to msg me as soon as possible with your payment.

Finally last update for this loan is DEFAULTED!

Last log in from the borrower: ''March 27, 2015, 05:43:00 AM'' Without any response back to me on pm or here.

I notice that member haven't changed the password on collateral (Amazon Account with 4.11$ balance) which is is mine after the default of the loan.

I have delete from the Amazon account all personal info from user @dopehero for security reasons and I will give him some time again before i use it, sell it or donate it here until the end of 28/3/2015 after that the account it will be used, sell or donated.


EDIT: (29/3/15 12:30:35 AM) Time has expired i didn't receive any response from the owner so the Amazon account now is mine.

I think it might be worth only loaning with collateral in future. Looking here it seems you've had 3 defaults? It's sad but people will scam for very very little.

Yes my friend it is 2 already one for 0.06 and this one (i have already learn to loose on loans from BTCjam as i have lost many more there) but is really sad as you said, to take an advantage of the trust when i tried only to help, it seems that i have to stop trust people without collateral but i just wanted to start, help and built a trust cycle..We were discussing this on the other borrower's thread too with other members..Anyway i will follow you advice as it is the only safe method to lend Bitcoin here.Thank you for your comment @cshelswell!
