Looks like a handful of skeptics are voting with their shares. Common FC prove them wrong.  Grin

Blasphemy! I guess they've decided they're not ready for the sweet life FC will bring. Prepare the shirts and celebration photos!

Even I am starting to panic... No divs and no news? Not good...

Last news was on 23rd, not a long time ago by his standards.

Considering the commitment to pay a weekly dividend and the fact that this has been defaulted on without any announcement - it is a very long time by any standards.

There weren't any meaningful bitcoins to distribute.

Oh really?!  Grin

I takes one minute to log into the forum and post sth. like "Due to peanuts in revenues we will not pay a dividend this week but will include all dues with the next dividend."

And please not the next comment: "But friedcat is probably busy with XYZ..."  Cheesy

There weren't any meaningful bitcoins to distribute.

To add to that I think we are just about mining what we pay in electricity.

Assuming 1MW for both datacenters at $0.15/kwh means $25,000 in electricity alone so we need 2 blocks a week to break even.

Regardless of the amount the principle of paying a dividend based on agreement deserves attention. A simple "You ain't getting dirt cause it went to the office coffee fund."  would have sufficed IMHO.

All revenue showing in the mining address has been distributed as dividends recently. And a lot of fiat sales revenue had been held back as company assets. I am too lazy to quote the friedcat post on this.

And again, there is the commitment to pay a weekly dividend. If that cannot be honoured for one or the other reason - no big deal. But communication takes just a minute.

Regardless of the amount the principle of paying a dividend based on agreement deserves attention. A simple "You ain't getting dirt cause it went to the office coffee fund."  would have sufficed IMHO.

Exactly. Thanks.

It takes one second to look up the revenue address to see there is pennies to pay out which means no dividends.

Please though panic and sell your shares fc is doing something shady clearly.

Löl. If you believe I am implying friedcat is doing anything shady, who is in panic then? Cheesy

Read above, chill, and try to use the vacuum between your ears before posting.  Grin

You are the one who expects friedcat to perform the work for you. If you look at the address there is enough for .000065 per share. Based on that dividends are not to be expected and based on friedcast's history there is no reason he would post about something as minor as not paying a dividend that is pennies compared to all the rest.

What else can you be implying if you need fc to state he is not giving out dividends. That implies a lack of confidence and the he is doing something under the table to hurt the shareholders so you want him to give a statement to prove he is not shady. I don't see any other way of reading that but I guess you do.

Anyone else seeing what appears to be Havelock locked up on AM trading ATT? Could be the whole exchange experiencing issues but it's so difficult to load on my end I can't tell.

No one panic. I believe it's a technical issue so don't jump to conclusions. I'm experiencing a problem with another site utilizing CloudFlare FWIW.

It has nothing to do with AM. There hasn't been an AM1 trade in hours. The site is lagging like hell currently, yes. But the only trading that has been halted is NEOBEE due to some 'irregular trading activity' (http://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/21ml5z/havelock_investmentsneobee_fund_trading_halted/).

It's calm. Everyone's waiting for FC to release a statement. Make up your mind, decide how you think this statement will turn out (gen 3 works/flawed/failed) and position yourself accordingly. But don't necessarily expect an update before monday, the chips need to arrive at AM and also need to be tested first. This is no trading advice whatsoever, but the lack of an announcement right now is basically no sign at all - in my opinion. I wouldn't worry until, say, thursday.

I should have gotten into Bitcoin back in 1992...

Agreed. The problem appears to be technical as stated but it's gone from slow to full stop for trading presently. I'm trying to buy just to let you know where my concerns lie.  Grin

I'll just chime in and say: Yesss!

Forget about the divs. With those news I propose to donate last week's divs to FC and his team for a fun night out in... wherever they're located!
