Has there been any news as to why Avg 12H Hashrate has dipped to 11.5TH~?

Not sure, but these blocks are probably ASICMINER with a new IP address:
https://blockchain.info/blocks/61.164.151.77

No those are another pool, Discus Fish or something

In the event of bitfunder or btct failing, friedcat has all of our shareholder records anyway.

no, he doesn't.  he only has the main PT address, not the individual shareholders within the PT.

That is incorrect for btct at least. Btct emails a full list of PT shareholders every 12 hours to friedcat - it does this for all offerings as a backup in case the site goes down permanently, for whatever reason.

Dividend this week?

According to these graphs: http://runeks.dk/bitcoin/

0.0116 * (7/6) = 0.0135 (current dividend multiplied by a week over currently mined days)

What's the expected hardware sales? The out of stock announcement was on the 14th and the new USB sales started yesterday, which suggests very little in the way of sales. If there was that would be awesome though. Not expecting much this week. I'll put it at 0.017 which is still good.

CanaryInTheMine is selling USB miners like hotcakes... https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=241414.0

And this is probably just US customers for the most part with the recent reseller agreements friedcat set up...

ASICMINER IS DOOMED SELL YOUR SHARES! (So I can buy them cheep and take in the epic div for this week!)

Yes and no. The payment is for 400 BTC and who knows if it makes it into this weeks dividends so quickly. Additionally, the current mining wallet is at 5200 BTC. Tomorrow it'll be around 6050 BTC. 400 BTC is a 6.6% bonus and brings the dividend to 0.016 (6450/400000). Epic? Not really but who knows, we'll see. There's got to be more to it than that.

Has anyone got any insight as to why the asicminercharts website say that asicminer hasnt mined any new coins since about 4 hours ago?
Because they didn't find a block from 6/24/2013 20:24:36 UTC until 6/25/2013 0:17:34 UTC.

Nah, he's not the one running it, he just made the charts. I forgot who runs it though, I'd estimate that info is about 100 pages back in this thread.

Things that I think would help:
- Investors should use pass-through shares whenever they think they might hold the shares for less than 90 days or for transactions fewer than 10-20 shares. There are over 100 owners with shares in the single digits and I imagine that this creates extra administrative overhead for AM.

This is nonsense. It takes just as much work to transfer 1 share as it takes to transfer 10, 20, 100, 1,000 or 10,000 shares. There are only 430 shareholders at last count, it might become more tedious if there were thousands of shareholders, but even if there were 400,000 holders of 1 share a modern spreadsheet can handle it.

Buying/selling a share in a passtrough doesn't cost friedcat a second, and transfering direct shares does Smiley

This is not about the maximum size of a spreadsheet, it's about friedcat who can use his time better to deploy rigs & sell hardware instead of transferring shares all day Wink
