AMHash是RockMiner和AsicMiner合作的项目，RM相当于是AM的承销商，负责将算力卖出去，以及AMHash平台建设与完善，负责收币后分红，解答客户的疑问。因为RM当时已经没有资金生产机器，开始走轻资产路线，专门做销售和服务，正好烤猫也有卖云算力的需求，于是这个项目就启动了。关于AMHash的事情，目前最佳的解决方案依然还是等烤猫出现处理此事。现在通过法律途径或者上AM公司堵门之类的，基本没有什么意义，要是有效果，我们早就做了。目前最关键的是找到烤猫把分红补上，任何非理性的过激的行为都没有什么意义。

矿场出现问题后，我们没有及时公布，是有原因的。当时AM还在和矿场谈判，并且还在大规模生产机器，烤猫也说在内蒙和宁夏很快就要部署新算力，这3点多p很快就要补上。也即这件事在当时来说相当于只是小事情，其中空缺的损失AM会补上，对分红并没有任何影响，因为分红是100PPS，只要有币分就没有任何问题，公布消息，还会带来一些不必要的麻烦。

当时我们手里预留的分红币，只大概到1月10号左右，其他所有都已支付给AM，这些都有支付记录。我们万万没想到的是，烤猫会突然之间联系不上，而AM其他公司的人却不管什么事，甚至大威跟我说他手里没公司钱包访问权，钱包在烤猫手里，一切得等烤猫。

很多人很着急，一直问AM是不是在跑路，说矿场也撤了。我想说的是跑路怎么跑？AMHash对AM来说并不是一笔很大的资金，我们预算过，支撑到合约结束，估计也只要不到2500btc，谁会为了这个跑路？要跑早就跑了，不会等到现在。难道连家人都不要了？他们家里人也报了案，也是联系不到他，我们现在担心的是他的个人安危。

AM撤掉某个测试矿场，是为了节省开支，毕竟一个矿场一个月也要好几万的开支，现在没有需求了，自然就撤了。

关键的问题是，具体烤猫有什么事去了，我也不得而知，估计60%来自私事，40%是公事压力吧，具体要等他回来才知道。

一切问题都需要等烤猫出现，因为其他人手里现在没钱。

我们还在和AM的人沟通，包括国外的董事，我们在商量解决办法，请大家再耐心等等。

 Seems odd. If it were being drained, why stop 70 confirmations ago leaving a balance?  Doesn't AM still have to pay for the manufacture of the new chips?  We were expecting that right?
