Update

We are still waiting for the payment and the shareholders' information from GLBSE. It seems that it hasn't made any further payments after the first two. This is the address after the payment of 5443BTC, and the coins haven't been sent anywhere else yet:

http://blockchain.info/address/17pzgcf1v7zwvQczw1WE3sv2u8LZtub2Kz

The probability, we believe, that they refuse to pay and recover the shareholders' share numbers, is low. But we have to be more active pursuing the direct answer.

A letter to the board members has also been sent.

Best regards,

friedcat

Hello friedcat... DeaDTerra claimed that he has the phonenumber of james (nefario) and was able to phone with him to sort out the things. I already asked DeaDTerra if he could pm me or you directly this phonenumber so you could call him and check back with him directly but DT didnt react.

So maybe you have more luck if you send him a pm and asking for the phonenumber. Because you are a bigger person in this game and maybe he is willing to give it to you. I mean having this number would be worth something i think.

Please ALWAYS contact me through bitcointalk pm before sending someone coins.

11 days until friedcats non optimistic estimation for when the producer delivers the hardware. That would be on november the 6th. If he was right soon the hashrates will rise... Smiley Though we can collect the earnings only after this asset-mess is cleared. I wonder what nefario is doing the last time...

An update would be awesome! Smiley

Have you seen the network hashrate in past few days? It almost looks like someone is testing their little ASIC farm. Smiley

Avalon and Reclaimer are still in the early phase. According to their official statements, both bASIC and BFL are still in the fab, not even packaged yet. Either one of them is lying, or this is simply increase in GPU/FPGA power, or there is a private ASIC project.

They're there, in their room.

You should put error bars on those graphs ... daily hash rates are misleading without them.

Friedcat, perhaps it is time to remove "[GLBSE]" from the topic.
