The 1T miner will start selling in few days.
he didn't disclose detailed information about the self-mining progress. But he said the self-mining would consist of BE200 and BE300,Maybe the be300 is the larger part.

I think main part of the 15-20% hashratio would be francising. the sold miners' hashrate is not in the 15-20%.

So to summarize what has been discussed so far from the conference:

- ASIC MINER has a 1T Miner that will be available for sale at some point next week
- The goal for the second half of 2014 is to achieve 15-20% of the Bitcoin network
- The company hopes to resume dividends in the month of August
- Self-mining operation will include BE200 and BE300 series
- In terms of competition, the company is aiming to squeeze many of them into the negative profit territory
- A focus on information dissemination from the sales team going forward (better public relations)

** This could be subject to change or interpretation as more information from the conference flows in. Assuming the majority of the above is accurate I would say this salon was a success for the company and it's shareholders. I would like to hear more about the future of Gen4 that was discussed regarding the age of Exahash. Seems there is a lot of good news for current shareholders (Gen3) in here.

Also curious if DataTank was brought up as a current or future partner for AM mining? Thanks to everyone who was there and has brought back information here for the rest of us to consume.

Even AM will regain the 15% hashrate percentage end of this year, the situation is totally changed campared to 2013. There are more electricity cost、management cost etc. So the net profit will be lower.

Also, in the long term, the industry profit of mining will only go lower and lower , in this point, mining profit maybe still larger than 60%, but in a free market where strong competition works  , even the industry profit 20% is still large.

So, maybe in 4 years , the industry profit will down to 10% .

That's how economic law works, even the Friedcat for president can't changed the law......

If big miners don't start to share the mining profits with the small miners/customers then it will be game over next year.

The 15% reference, is that for self mining pool or 15% of total hashing power contributed by AM BE chips?
It's isn't clearly spelled out as far as I can see

This was interesting, haven't seen it in the thread.

be300保守说年内出。可能提前。

Translations:
be300 conservative says the year. May advance.
Be300 conservative say year out. Possible ahead of time.
300 be conservative said that during the year. May be ahead of schedule.

It appears the market reaction is very bearish on the news of the salon. AM on its way back down, 0.24BTC and falling. Fried Cat could kill off the Havelock order book by showing up and announce a monster dividend for tomorrow. That would bring us below IPO at this rate.

Cheap shares my friends.

Dividend doesn't work , only steady dividend  works.

I seem to remember an article done by someone who visited their facility in the Fall of 2013. The man pictured there was the one who did the report and posted it on the forums soon after. He was very direct about the pictures of the man being himself and no FC or other AM staff.
