Honestly, I really hope that everyone supports this kind of program, not to erase online hackers, scammers and thieves, but minimize unfortunate incidents.

As of now, there are 3-5 offers standing on the site. I hope everyone comes forward and doesnt give in to lowlives who benefits in the misfortunes and hardwork of someone.

Well, the best thing that will happen is someone who has the best of skills make this his profession and find these mathafuckin hackers.

I hate the scammers as much as anyone, but do we really need bitcoin related vigilante justice bringing even more negative attention? Educating people on securing their bitcoin and a little common sense will do a lot more for bitcoin in the long term. We have all made bad decisions with bitcoin and many of us have been burned by our mistakes, but further violence is not a solution.

We can't educate everyone. Some people are just stupid by nature and some are just unfortunate we can't do anything in both cases. Bitcoin Bounty Hunters are not that bad idea to be honest. Well, the best thing that will happen is someone who has the best of skills make this his profession and find these mathafuckin hackers.
Lots of Bitcoins is at stake.

Lots of people have the skills to fuck someone up but how can they advertise an illegal vigilante justice department without being arrested ?
The only way is for them to remain anonymous or leave the bounty in escrow until proof is provided that the target has been successfully terminated and even the escrow would probably get in trouble for this kind of thing

If you're relying on the police and courts in cases like these, or overall, you're going to have a bad time.
Actually the concept of a bounty hunter was definitely used much much more often in the past. If the guy is very skilled at hacking, he can do a lot of things. The same things that the hacker did. He can hack the funds back, or identify him.

yes, the ppl who have the skill of  hacking others' wallet and stealing the coins from another skilled hacker or bitcoin holders, why would they return the money to the original owners? They just keep them and be rich! Because nearly no ppl will track down  them or they know they haven't violated any law yet. We all know that bitcoin is not recognized as currency or asset  by most of the govs.

youre confused, white hat hack hacking is  the guys who test security systems for flaws and get paid by companies like apple and google ,not  outright thieves (karpeles,shavers  etc ) who probably never got hacked in the first place and  just pilfered everyones coins

If such a super hacker existed why would he not just hack the early wallets of satoshi and get an easy million coins that way instead of working for honourable  reasons  like a cartoon superhero .............

How is your attitude different, distrusting everyone has has the capabilities to hack. LaudaM states there are enough hackers that can hack if they want to, but have no intention to steal. Hacking satoshi's wallets or other early abandoned wallets is very improbable to ever happen. Most hacks involve active use of wallets, mostly done through social engeneering, using trojans and backdoors, not by brute forcing the wallets. Often people got scammed, that is not something only done by hackers, but if you got scammed in the digital world by being careless and gullible it might be a bit your own fault.
