The starting point is 40000 satoshi, below that is red zone, don't throw a party yet.

At least there are some news from development, lets see if software lives up to expectations.

Still not worthy to hold AMP at this moment. As long as there isn't anything released Synereo is worthless and its price only based on hot air speculation.

Crowdsale buyers should form a group to start a class action lawsuit against AMP.

Exactly, but we have seen more than 100 ICO scams, people who are victims never form such a group to fight against those scammers, therefore they are ripped off once, twice, more and more time.

Yeah, go file a lawsuit against a Token.

I'd be rich if I got a penny for every time some moron on Bitcointalk misuses the term "scam" (or "ponzi" for that matter).

Synereo is a bloody Startup and guess what, Startups tend to fail more often than they succeed. The whole story was transparent to anyone interested, but of course not for the lovely BCT Trolls who can hardly read and only want to get rich quick by the work someone else does.

I know a lawyer and told him about the AMP crowd-sale process , they might have broke several laws and they are in big problems.

Synereo works with an international law firm and has made sure the process around the sale was conducted to the highest degree of adherence to law and regulation.

It is not illegal to fail. We do not, however, intend to.

What Blockchain Means for the Sharing Economy

Quote
There are already a fair number of applications that have been deployed on a blockchain. Akasha, Steem.io, or Synereo, for instance, are distributed social networks that operate like Facebook, but without a central platform. Instead of relying on a centralized organization to manage the network and stipulate which content should be displayed to whom (often through proprietary algorithms that are not disclosed to the public), these platforms are run in a decentralized manner, aggregating the work of disparate groups of peers, which coordinate themselves, only and exclusively, through a set of code-based rules enshrined in a blockchain. People must pay microfees to post messages onto the network, which will be paid to those who contribute to maintaining and operating the network. Contributors may earn back the fee (plus additional compensation) as their messages spread across the network and are positively evaluated by their peers.

LOL. You must be kidding me. This is the same hot air as in the past. This is what Synereo plans to do but in the meanwhile they didn't achieve a damn thing. No software. Moreover, the project is obsolete because Akasha and Yours are here too. Synereo = steem II

Those guys have no shame , they just keep talking nonsense about sharing economy so they can scam a few more people.

'Sharing economy' i will translate it :  you give your hard earned money to these scammers , in return you will receive a worthless token.
