These are a little more than 8127767 AMP(On Poloniex only 3225772 AMP is now traded) at the prices 18k sat and they sold to them at this price (I am sure, they distributed to them also bonuses!)!  It it wasn't announced anywhere. You understand that they lie to us. And now they speak to simple users to purchase from them twice more expensively at the prices 33k? This fraud!

The pre-sale was announced numerous times, is open to the public, was done transparently, and those AMPs are going into circulation the same time as all the rest.  The word "private" seems to have really confused people.  It's only a legal requirement, because only the company that manages the public sale (BTTF) can make public statements, give details, etc.  There literally is nothing 'secret' about it.

The "ICO" was in 2015.  These are just continued funding rounds - also completely transparently communicated from the beginning to happen at 18 month stages.  This means the company has zero debt - that is the great advantage over the status quo of being able to use these "tokens of value" for fundraising instead of bank loans or issuing new stock.

Instead of holding a crowdfund to dilute the supply and therefore decreasing the price, the dev team could have sold the AMP they already had in circulation (to use for development, etc) and burn the ones premined/reserved for the crowdfund or future crowdfunds. Price would have been at least 50k sats by now and growing, which would have led to more research, interest , and possible investments in Synereo. Instead, the coin took steps backward. What have we learned about fiat and commodities such as those that are bound by supply and demand?

I think all of the development team activities should be made public, particularly in the IPO.
Maybe they had a perfect right to sell the AMP, but it should be clear reporting how much and at what price they sold AMP.

Be careful buying into this coin. This project will most likely not be killing facebook. It has less than 10 users. There will be another ICO next year. The Founders can sell their 20% of total coins prior to the third ICO. Beware of amplifiers who can also be thought of as salespeople.

You can buy this but make sure you can judge your risk/reward and give them an appropriate amount of money.

On the good side, I believe there must be whales involved in this and you can ride their coat tails.

Hmm..  create a bunch of tokens, and then destroy them.  I don't get that plan.

An inflated bubble price is not a good thing.  Real value is a good plan.

The execution of adding the existing Funding wallet tokens to the market does not dilute the price; quite the opposite.  The value has to come from somewhere, and when new money comes in, the value of the company goes up (along with tokens).  

What you are asking for is a closed market, with the lucky people who already own tokens being in total control, and only letting new people in by squeezing them for profit.  That's not a free market, neither is one where a seller cannot sell their product, or have sale prices to create bigger promotions.

Also, with your plan, the price going up means less people buy, and/or fewer tokens go into circulation.  Again, totally the opposite of what needs to happen.

Just like when a company releases their quarterly earnings, that change of information makes the market volatile for a bit (starting before it happens), and then the market adjusts.  This will also happen as we go through the sale event, alpha testing, and announcement of total tokens sold.  Regardless of opinion, there will be people taking every imaginable perspective, and there will be a lot of volume - some thinking they should sell, others that they should buy.  That's a good thing for everyone.
