Having failed to deliver a functional Special-K framework after all this time, IMO Greg is hardly in a position of force even if he poses as if it was the case. I'm calling it bluff. Why are people even listening to him at all? No one is irreplaceable. In any normal company he'd have been fired for lack of performance, not to mention putting the company's reputation in jeopardy by putting on the public place internal disputes and acting like a total jerk slinging mud publicly to the company's CEO. I'm also puzzled about why would Synereo would want to use R-chain and finds itself in a unidirectional relationship where it would be entirely dependant on Greg's good will and effective (so far unproven) ability to actually deliver on his promise this time around on time and budget.

With the kind of money Greg is asking, why not go directly with a real blockchain company? I'm sure companies like Consensys, Cryptonomex or Eris would be very happy to take the challenge, and they can even hire Greg if they think they would be able to manage him. Plus Synereo would get to keep the intellectual property of the framework it contracted them to develop.

And even going fully Greg's (alleged) vision of "giving the technology to the world", a new framework and entity don't even make sense. Greg has been working with the Ethereum Foundation on Casper. Casper is all about scalability. If Synereo is to turn philantropic and spend its investor money on furthering technology for the common good, then the right thing to do is to donate the money to the Ethereum Fundation and have them add the features we need in Casper / Ethereum 2.0 or even create a completely new fork of Ethereum with functional capabilities. I feel happy about this, we can collect cheap amp below 1000 sat in the future, amp is extremely overvalued, that fake pump made the price to 40k, and then the later story you guys know, screwing by the team, again and again.

Perhaps consider offering anonymint a large reward or even a paid consultancy position to aid this project. He has been right  about almost all designs he has reviewed so far. I hear he is working on something similar. But since amp has the funds perhaps he could help if you gave him a reason too. Perhaps nice % of amps could help. Who else do they have in mind if greg did leave the project?

He's been proven right so many times now. Anyway I didn't lose too  much in this situation and the BTC I do have is being reserved for the 2 final projects that look interesting on here.

Bring him on this ship and give him some decent incentive and watch this return to 40k sats and beyond. Heck let's grab some other good coders too whilst we are at it. Monero is not really in direct competition with amp how about smooth and some of their coders.
