Yes.  Listen to the words coming out of Greg's mouth and written on his "proposals".  Greg wants to cut YOU, an AMP holder, out of his "vision".  That is what he means when he states that "there will be no exclusivity for AMPs on RChain" and "AMPs will not be a native token on RChain".  This and many other reasons, including his non-deliverance, malfeasance, and "breach of faith", is why AMP holders, Synereo LTD equity investors, Dor, and the rest of the Synereo team refused his absurd demands.  The reason the price of AMPs is sub 6k right now is because Greg is attempting to blackmail everyone into giving him money by doing everything he can to destroy the AMP price.  Greg is a vindictive individual and his actions have put him at significant legal risk, because he is still a "board member" and "chief officer".  This isn't going to end well for Greg.

I must say Greg is the one I *liked* most on the team. His interviews were good and the way he spoke to and included the community was refreshing. He was, without a doubt, one of the main reasons myself and many others invested in the project. However, after watching the latest videos on rchain channel, I must regretfully admit that Greg probably shouldn't be on this project. Being professional is a huge part in any leadership role, but it's even more important when the entire community can see. The way Greg talks to other members of the team is my primary concern - essentially talking down the project and people who worked on it. It simply is not acceptable to speak in a rude and condescending tone to other members of the team as Greg has done MANY times this past week. The disputes and intensity of the disputes is nothing out of the ordinary for a tech company - in fact, I challenge anyone here to name a tech giant that hasn't had rifts and disputes in the past (Microsoft, Facebook, Apple). However, with all those examples, I can't think of any where the personal nature of those disputes have been on public display for all investors to see as it was happening. This is a big no-no because it drives the investments which are needed away from the project and into other more professional looking projects. If Greg had simply been more professional about this and not taken it to a personal or extreme level (making over the top claims or insinuations such as trying to get a neutral party to host the meetings as if Dor or anyone else would actually edit the videos to make him look bad), then I'm positive the market would not have reacted as harshly. He has also confused many investors by saying it'll take 5-10 years. It will NOT take 5-10 years for what investors want to see - a working beta like Steem has. For that I think a years time is very reasonable given that they now have more money than Steem ever had and they managed to deliver a working beta in a reasonable time frame. If we simply get to that point, the market cap will most likely be above 100m (remember steem spiked to 400m before people realized they have a 700% inflation rate...) and additional investments will start POURING in. We don't need to try to complete the entire project on the 2nd ICO's funding ffs... No one expects all the data to be stored on the blockchain itself right off the bat. IMO, getting to beta and having a working social network the entire community can play with (without having to be extremely tech savvy) is the most important thing we should be focusing on right now.

Also, at this point I think burning more AMPs would be a wise decision. It would bring in more investors, make the AMPs the synereo team is currently holding worth more, act as a middle ground for investors seeking a refund, provide much needed good news to give the project momentum again, and synereo won't need 900 million AMPs because - let's not think linearly here, once AMPs reaches $1.00 at beta 900m AMPs is far far more than will be needed.

I can't buy more AMP now because of the uncertainties now, I have already taken my loss before the price hit 6000sat region. Greg is the vocal member currently, but I think the rest of the team has turned on him. I do not see Greg being CTO or being involved with Synereo moving forward. I think Synereo should move on and modify the team to develop a product that can be executed.
