This high-dea seems totally plausable for a bitcoin gambling game and would be a fun project:
1) buy a few of these:

2) Line up 3 of them side by side, robotic starting arm with a little bit of variance so a different result is achieved often enough. Hard core bettors will notice tenancies. Make modifications to horses, color them hilariously or with advertisements, race them over and over again mixing up horses and tracks for max variance. Have a cool robotic arm reset the horses at the end of each race.
3) Take bitcoin bets on this in many ways.
4) Maybe we need like 7x tracks and get proper trifectas going.
the entire enclosure lives in the corner of your room and you just webcast robotic pony races which would be watched for many reasons. Eventually make small applets for just a small window on your screen firing micro-btc-bets on ponies. Also captures the brony-4chan-crossover crowd. maybe must be built for dogecoin.
