About Krk:

The island of Krk near the city of Rijeka (one of Croatia's major commercial hubs) is home to a growing number of international investors looking for real estate assets in a stable economic environment.

For its richness in historical sites, its countless hidden beaches, marinas and cozy beachside cafés, it may very well be a place you will never again want to leave!

And even if you did, you wouldn't have to go far: from the Istrian peninsula to Dubrovnik, more than a thousand islands decorate the coast of Croatia, a country which has been blossoming since its independence in 1991. Roman palaces and colosseums, mountains, national reserves, festivals and new highways connecting the ends. You name it, Croatia has it!

Conveniently located in the moderate climate of the northern Adriatic Sea, you will find yourself in close distance to Italy, Slovenia and Austria.

The island of Krk is also home to Rijeka International Airport.

About the purchasing process:

The estate will be sold to up to three purchasing parties (for example, your purchase may be limited to one floor/two apartments or a similar arrangement depending on parallel offers).

The estate (or allotments thereof) will be sold to the best offer(s) made.

Any buyer may choose to pay in Bitcoin. (Whether "Bitcoin" appears in the sales contract is subject to individual agreement.)

Regular real estate purchasing procedures apply in accordance with Croatian law. (The seller also functions as a real estate agent registered with Croatian authorities.)

Legally binding translations of the sales contracts will be provided.

Local viewing of the estate can be arranged at any time. Sales contracts must be signed by 28th of September 2012.

We are very much willing to work with Bitcoin investment groups.

Contact us as soon as possible!

We welcome you to post general questions in the comments, purchasing inquiries should be made using any of the contact methods mentioned above.

Your first real estate purchased with Bitcoin? Make it happen!

very impressive location, I love the pictures of the beach  Cool

As well, your website doesn't have any pricing information on it, it just states "available upon request", could be an issue.

Lol, scams scams everywhere and not a scam to scam. Change the record EM, you can only cry wolf so many times before loosing all credibility. In case you not aware property purchases require legal documents, guess the solicitors are scammers to though.
