Tryninja built something similar on his website, finding certain address of a certain users, but that won't find any/random posted address of a certain user. I'm sure he can do something like bitcointalk price estimator's feature, you can make a request on his thread. Or I'm sure achow built that website as open source, hosting that site would be a help too.
