one more question , when I'am banned , my Activity will still rise with time or I should post . (if I have a lot more posts then Activity)

your activity wont rise as you need to post at least 1x post in 2 weeks interval to accumulate activity points, and madness you are banned for 60 days , this means that you gonna lose like 56 of activity points

No, if you don't post at least one post in 14 days your activity will stuck and you 'will lose' 14 points every 14 days. So the next time try to participate actively to the thread and don't post only for boost your post count.
