Well they should not have any difficulty getting people for those jobs.
.....the Alt coin scene is full of talented people, with great ideas.
It would be interresting to know if the development will be geared towards mining or creating a NEW coin. With them being primarily a chip manufacturer, I would say mining would be the best bet.
This job being advertized for creating a decentralized ledger, sounds like smoke and mirrors.
