Money Line is a sports bet in which the Name of the person or Team just has to "Win" outright, no points involved, JUST WIN! 

and if a team were to tie or draw with a money line bet, the bet will be graded as a push and you will receive your bet back.

Are you sure when match draw,my bet will be push or refunded my bet? Where you bet and got refunded bet when you bet money line and match draw you bet will refunded?

It depends on the sport and the specific bet type and the casino.

I don't bet much on sports that can have draws, but a good rule of thumb (not 100%, check before using money) is that if the area you are placing the bet has an option to bet on a draw, draws will NOT be graded as a push. You will probably get better odds on those 3 way bets fro a team winning to make up for that, but double check before you make the bet.

this is probably asian handicap. I guess. I don't think I can explain better than any site around.

And first half is the first half result, that is, what is going to happens in the first time, not counting the second.

And the under thing probably is the number of goals, might be overall or of each team. You might want to be more specific about your doubts
