Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

I'm really proud of South Korea and all the great bitcoin mojo that is and has been building there. That would be on the top of my list of places outside of the US to visit given the chance or perhaps to call a home - although the language barrier would be tedious. I really hope that this wonderful country leads the way in wider adoption since the population as a whole seems to be more innovative and smarter than most others that I've looked at. Good stuff, keep it going yall!
