Personally i've played on bitsler numerous times and have never had any issues. So they are not scam. And they have facilitated withdrawals for countless whales as well, if they were really a scam then they would have scammed them instead of denying your withdrawal.

I think that what you did was claim the faucet, play it up a bit, exchange it to doge, deposit some doge and withdraw doge with the faucet earnings.

The thing is, you are playing on their site and they reserve the last say on matters.

Obviously even if you deposit you could be faucet farming. For instance, i could claim faucet, gamble it up to a certain amount, exchange it into doge, deposit dogecoins into my account, and get the amount from faucet for free.

This way, you are essentially avoiding the withdrawal limits for faucet, and there is no risk involved. If everyone did this then bitsler would probably go broke. Unless i got something you said completely wrong.

And after that he made one or two bets of 1 or 2 DOGE.  Then withdrew the full balance. You can check the deposit timing is always just after the exchanger timing. He faucet farmed like a pig and he still owe us money. I already explained him the whole situation by email to slimde32@gmail.com but he threatened me to post here. I told him that I wasn't afraid of a faucet farmer like him.

2) Has this customer and all others in question farming from faucet gotten their non-gambled deposit back ? I mean actually if they really gambled something it should count from their farmed coins and not towards their deposits but you haven't said anything about that.

Had the similar problem. When I went in "cash" this way I did not realise that broke the rules of the site. Even after have a look through the rules I still believe that the situation is not covered. they won't even bother scamming such a small account , so yeah you were farming by depositing doge and withdrawing faucet + your deposit
you broke the rules there , that's exactly what farming means

There are ways to prevent all of this, and yet they don't.

They can detect multiple accounts, but they allow you to make them. 
They allow you to wager without having deposited funds in the account to wager with (so double spending is possible)
This faucet farm thing I dont really get, but why have it if it can be abused unless its to honey pot players in to getting caught up in it?
