The Swapper platform is a legally registered Qualified Intermediary service that will allow digital currency investors to carry out 1031 like-kind exchanges on their profits with all the benefits of blockchain technology. The 1031 tax deferred exchange is a lawful procedure under the Internal Revenue Code that allows investors to defer paying capital gains taxes on their profits and is billion dollar business in real estate, intellectual property and the art trade, among others. In order to reach the second stage of its development, Swapper is having a public Initial Token Offering (ITO). Purchasers based in the United State accepted. Please research your local laws before participating.To generate interest and community involvement, a total of 500,000 SWAP tokens, or 0.5 % of the total, are reserved for our initial bounty campaign. This is equivalent to $250,000 USD. When the Swapper platform is built, SWAP tokens will be valued at $1 USD for ease of accountability.
Total supply is 100M tokens. The soft cap is $250,000 USD, equivalent to the first phase of fundraising. As the tool is not as complicated as others in the cryptosphere our costs are not so high and we are confident that we will build it no matter what. The team is also in talks for funding from different ventures, as the idea could be very useful even outside of crypto assets.This initial bounty campaign will end after the conclusion the ITO.
