This user coinlions wants to know how a doubler site open and where he can promote that. Though he is not a scammer, his concept is not good. So DT should tag his him if he deserves.

Why do you think he should tagged? I don't think its appropriate to tag for ask questions. He/she didn't promote any doubler or scammy site in forum nor shared any website. You may just ask him to do promote on some other place except this forum. We just want to prevent scams from forum, it doesn't mean we should discourage newbies from ask questions. Because they have very less knowledge about the forum. Just try to teach them instead of labelled with red tag.

So DT should tag his if he deserves.

For me he do not deserve red tag, perhaps some other DT have different opinions. They could take appropriate action based on their opinion if that guy deserve.

He's actually looking for a place to promote it. While Doubler websites are most of the time ponzi schemes, I personally think it would be a little too harsh to tag him since he hasn't yet promoted anything here.
But as soon as you see him promoting it here and sharing the link to the doubler website then i think it's more than OK for you to tag him

He doesn't deserve a tag right now, but he will start promoting it, but I doubt if he is going to promote it here or he will use that account to promote that doubler, he might buy an account here with good rank or promoter it in traffic exchange or some other investment forum, or he might not once he found out the cost and he finds out that investors are wiser now.

If I were in a DT position, of course, considering some of the things I had to plant in my soul.
Red trust, preferably for those who really make mistakes and threaten the community especially the Forum and others.
Red trust is not, in a state of revenge, hate, it is definitely based on the file to the evidence in the trial.
A deer dies in the forest all of a sudden, not necessarily the tiger that killed it, it could have starved to death or got caught in a trap.

Basically people have a definite reason, what they do, surely, very professional if they do something with the existing procedure.

I can see that this is just a newbie account and most probably after seeing he got tagged, he will just likely create a new account if his account is not ban, it really requires an effort as you will have to tag again another newbie doing the same. so salute to you!

Red flag for him as soon as he saw his topic and issued a warning for any newcomer, hoping no one invest him blindly. And I will support your red flag right away, it's really essential for anyone promoting a Ponzi site.

Please be noted: Red flags are only attached when I see that I have reason to do so. For example, if this guy posts an article promoting a HYIP site, I see that it will affect others, and I will tag it.
Or you can create a new thread with full evidence, I believe that not only me but many others will help to make this forum cleaner. Not something so noble, we just do what we should do, I remember when I was a new member, I was tricked by such sites, s I really hated it  .

In my opinion just asking about opening a doubler website won't be enough to get a red tag from me but it seems now the question he have posted is just a ploy as he have posted the official website of his doubler which makes him eligible to get a negative tag from any DT member because the scam is already committed. So maybe if someone asked I think its better than just to warn them that scams like he wants to do are strongly against DT members here in the forum.

Planning is very different from implementing, now that he has launched his plans he deserves not only a flag but a red trust as well, this is not the right place for anything HYIP or Ponzi scheme, he should know this is if he is just roaming around the forum and check the scam sections all topics about HYIP are all landed here and those who open a tag will get there account tagged.
